| How do I request to play 11v11? If you have a team that wishes to play up in format (ie. an 8v8 team that wishes to play 11v11) you must do two things, apply for the correct age AND put a note in the application notes section that this is your intent. DO NOT assume the tournament directors know your team! |

| Can my child play for more than one team in this tournament? No, a player can only play on ONE team for the tournament. |
| The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |
| What are the 6v6 rules? Offsides will NOT be called. On passback to keeper, keeper may play ball at feet but not handle. When ball is out of sideline, play will be restarted with a throw in. No violation on keeper distributing ball over mid-field line. |

| Are we required to book hotels through the tournament? YES, we have partnered with Travelling Teams for the Crew Cup and it is a tournament requirement that teams use this service. Travelling Teams offer excellent rates in many hotels in the surrounding area and downtown. |

| Registration |
| What will I need at registration? Team registration will be held Friday April 13th, 2012 at the MVP Fieldhouse, 5435 28th St Ct, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. You will need a copy of your roster, signed liability form, medical release form, pass cards, risk management cards. Please come prepared! All forms will be needed to register your teams, no acceptions. |
| When can I upload my registration documents online? Official acceptances to the tournament will be granted after the Aug 9th deadline. Once your team is accepted you will need to confirm your participation online. At this point you will be given access to all the registration documents. |
| Will we be able to register our team at the fields on Saturday morning of April 14th? NO, registration will ONLY be held at the MVP Fieldhouse between the hours of 1pm-8pm on Friday 13th. This is due to the amount of East MI teams that request this, it is just not possible. At registration you will be able to pick up your tournament packets, and participation awards for U9-U12 teams. |
